Dear People of the World,
Wore this outfit for a family meal last night...
Everything I wore was from various markets in London, particularly Spitalfields and Camden, apart from my watch (Swatch @Lazy Oaf, £32, available here, and my skirt which was £3.99 from H&M. I also wore my white (muddy) converses.
Today I went for quite a vintage, laid-back look. This jacket was a wonderful bargainous find from this wonderful lady on a stall at Spitalfields for £17 I think. I love the burnt orange corduroy, and the contrasting brown collar, scalloped pockets and buttons. The bag was also from her (£19)...something which I'm considering selling as I'm vegetarian and not to keen on the idea of using animal skins to wear...although, I do love the rough look of the leather. My Beatles top (been wanting one for AN AGE) was from Spitalfields aswell (!) for £12.50. I'm really enjoying buying much more vintage-inspired items at the moment...
It's a shame you can't see my earrings really as I love them...but I'll post them in another outfit soon!
Me and my friend visited London last weekend for some serious retail therapy and a spot of Billy Elliot, we hadn't bought anything in months - which is the reason behind my recent spending on items shown!
Right, I'm off to do a History essay on Hitler. And do some piano practice, as my exam is ON THURSDAY. AHHHHHHH! And have some breakfast. And read Style. Wish me luck!
